With 4 descending work intervals (50s, 45s, 35s, 30s) per round, a quick 15 sec rest between sets, and a 45s breather between rounds, you'll alternate between two exercises: one focusing on cardio and the other on strength. This workout is perfect for all fitness levels- whether you're starting out or levelling up, modifications and challenges are accommodated for.
