The workouts vary from 5 minutes up to a maximum of 50 minutes and are divided into categories. These include: Beginner Pilates, Intermediate & Advanced Pilates, Reformer (must have access to a Reformer), Pre & Postnatal, Cardio, Quick Workout, Full Body, Core, Stretch & Slow Down, Yoga, Upper Body Tone, Lower Body Sculpt.
For some workouts, we will invite you to use two hand weights, between 0.5-3 kilograms, but modifications are always available if you don’t have equipment on hand.
