After being a Pilates client for years, I finally took the plunge and completed my Pilates instructor training! I was supported and encouraged during the entire course. The manuals and face to face training are comprehensive and gave me a wonderful foundation for my own practice but more importantly once I started teaching I was able to use this knowledge to create balanced and creative classes for our clients. My passion for Pilates has grown as a result and I couldn't recommend a better place to do your training. LOVE LOVE LOVE PPF!!
I recently did my instructor training course through PPF and I cannot speak highly enough. The course was so informative and taught you absolutely everything there is to know. Plus the instructors were so supportive and made the experience super fun!
I completed my Pilates Instructor Training for both matwork and reformer through Premium Pilates and had such a great experience. The team were really thorough with the training and I felt very prepared, supported and inspired throughout the whole course. The course provides a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of pilates and it was clear that the instructors were very knowledgeable and experienced.
