Sliders are in play from start to finish, adding an extra challenge to every movement—from core-shaking plank variations to standing scooters that fire up the glutes, to sliding bridges that seriously activate the hamstrings. Without the usual support of the reformer, you’ll need extra stability and control, making this an ideal session for those with Pilates experience who are ready to level up.
