Chloe leads the way on the reformer, guiding you through a strong core and lower-body burn, while Eliza demonstrates the mat variations and offers multiple levels to help you find the right challenge. You’ll start with deep core activation, fire up the glutes, and a quick but intense quad burner. If you’re using hand weights, expect your arms to stay engaged the whole time for an additional boost.
