Em uses 1kg hand weights throughout most of the class, you'll feel an added challenge to your arm and core stability as you move through flowing barre sequences. Em keeps you focused with a steady pace, working your legs, glutes, arms, and arms, with a final core finisher on the mat to wrap things up.
This class is suitable for all levels, but be prepared for a challenge!
Props: Two 1-3kg hand weights, stable chair or surface (bench, countertop, etc)
