With just one foot in the strap at a time, this class brings attention to alignment and control, asking you to move with precision and purpose to get the most from this class.
No props are required, though you're welcome to use a small ball under the head for extra comfort if preferred. This class is best for those with a bit of reformer experience, particularly for managing the balance challenge of moving one leg independently.
