Hip Flow Yoga with Shannon

Give your hips some love with this 25-minute yoga flow designed to mobilise, strengthen, and open up your entire hip area. We’ll start by activating and warming up the muscles around the hips, ensuring they’re engaged and ready to support movement. Once we’ve built some heat and hydration in the joints, we’ll move into deeper external rotation and lengthen through the hamstrings, leaving you feeling more open, fluid, and balanced. We’ll be using two blocks (or books) for support and depth during some poses.

A quick note: We ran into some technical difficulties with this week’s videos, and as a result, we had to re-record the audio in post-production. While the audio may not sync perfectly with the video, we’ve made sure it still flows smoothly, and you might even enjoy the extra bit of character in the voiceover! We appreciate your understanding and hope you love the class as much as we loved creating it.
