Equipment: two hand weights, 2 kilos each, minimum.

Hit the ground running with dynamic planks to warmup, then do strong abdominal exercises that will also lengthen your legs. Traditional Pilates abdominal exercises teaser, jacknife and the very challenging controls balance make an appearance. Single leg pushups, weighted arm exercises and kneeling glutes also feature.
