Holding two hand weights (up to 2kgs), your arms will stay engaged through constant, controlled movement and that unmistakable barre shake as you power though. While the arms take centre stage, the whole body stays active and working. By the time you reach the core segment at the end, you’ll feel every muscle engaged. With the heavier weights, this class leans towards intermediate to advanced, but as always, you can take it at your pace. Get ready to push yourself and finish strong!
