About Our Online Classes

Pilates Pilates with Props

Online Barre classes

A fun, choreographed fusion of Matwork Pilates, functional movement and dance that will get your heart rate up. Your butt, legs and arms will be shaking by the end of each online barre class (in a good way!). Both dancers and non-dancers love this form of exercise.

Online HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts

High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is a full body cardiovascular workout that involves performing short bursts of intense exercise. Our online HIIT workouts are strong but very addictive!

The different types of HIIT workouts:

Tabata: usually 8 exercises. Perform one exercise for 20 seconds at maximum speed, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise 6-8 times, rest for 1 minute, then repeat with a different exercise until all the exercises are completed.

Circuit: various exercises are set out in a circuit. Each exercise is performed for a block of time before moving onto the next exercise. A wide variety of movements are used.

Boxing HIIT: Boxing combinations are performed with hand weights, with circuit style exercises to break up the arm work. This class will build your arm strength whilst working your core and legs more than you think!

Online Yoga classes & Online Stretch classes

Core Yoga: a fusion of the key benefits of Yoga and Pilates in one comprehensive home workout. The combination of breath, awareness, core strengthening, and stretching aims to improve strength and mobility, develop better posture habits, and focus the mind.

Yoga: our online Yoga classes will help you connect the body, the mind and the breath. Shut away the outside world and go within to feel more centred and focused. These at home Yoga classes are designed to be a gentler companion to our online Pilates, online Barre and online HIIT workouts or can be practised on their own.

Yin Yoga: a slower, deeper Yoga class that allows you to work into the deeper tissues of the body.  Initially, one may view Yin Yoga as passive or soft, but you will soon discover that it can be quite challenging, both physically and mentally, due to the longer duration of holding positions.

Stretch: Let us help you lengthen, loosen, and release both your body and your mind with at home guided stretching.  Take a much needed break from sitting and mobilise your body to relax and reinvigorate at the same time.
