Our stretch classes (sometimes called stretching classes) are available in all three of our Brisbane studios, located in Coorparoo, Milton & Camp Hill, and will help you lengthen, loosen, and release both your body and your mind. A stretch class is a must for desk job workers, sore and tight muscles and injuries. Give your tired body some love with a PPF guided stretch class; it is the perfect complement to our other classes.
