Strength X Cardio

Strength x Cardio is a dynamic fitness class that combines the benefits of both strength training and cardiovascular exercise. Participants engage in high-intensity intervals with low and high impact variations, alternating between weightlifting and short bursts of heart-pumping cardio exercises. This blend helps to build muscle and improve overall endurance, making it an efficient full-body workout that keeps you coming back! Whether you're lifting dumbbells, performing bodyweight exercises, or doing low or high impact jumps, Strength x Cardio offers a well-rounded session designed for all fitness levels. We offer this class type at all three of our Brisbane studios located in Coorparoo, Camp Hill & Milton.

Open to all levels. Prenatal clients can attend during their first and second trimester, and Postnatal clients can attend from 12 weeks postpartum, with medical clearance.
