We are motivating you for the whole month of May!
It's been over 5 weeks since we had to shut the studio for the foreseeable future and move to online workouts. While some are still working and have some semblance of a routine, for many, the days are starting to blur and motivation is starting to wane to do your Pilates classes at home. So we've decided to motivate you for the month of May!
Every day in May at 8am, we will be popping a little motivation 'treat' into the Premium Pilates and Fitness Online Community group on Facebook. This may be a workout for you to try, a playlist for you to listen to, a mindfulness exercise for you to complete, or even a LIVE online barre class, online HIIT workout, online Yoga class, or online Pilates class for you to join in. We feel that this is a great way to keep you motivated and bring routine back to your exercise.
You can choose to do all the motivation 'treats' (or none), you can do them straight away or later in the day, you can include your family/housemates.
Once you've completed the daily activity, please comment on the Facebook post to show that you've done it. Maybe you can tell us how much you loved/hated it, maybe tell us what the highlight was for you, maybe you can commiserate with others as they moan about how sore their glutes/hamstrings/triceps are!
In short, this is how it's going to work:
- Make sure you are a member of the Premium Pilates and Fitness Online Community group. Please note that you must be an online client of PPF. Click HERE to join.
- Check the group at 8am each day during May to receive your daily motivation 'treat'.
- Complete the task throughout the day.
- Comment on the post with your feedback on the day's activity.
If we stick together, we will all get through this crazy situation. We can laugh together, cry together, but most importantly, help each other through it together.
