A guilt-free, gluten, dairy and egg free dessert that involves no cooking.
Ingredients
- 2 small avocados
- 1 large banana
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup natural maple syrup
- splash of your choice of milk
- pinch of sea salt
Method
1. Remove the flesh from the avocados and spoon into a food processor or blender. Add the banana, cacao, maple syrup, milk and sea salt and blend until smooth. You may need to add another splash of milk to achieve a smooth consistency.
Spoon the mousse into 4 glasses. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. You can put the glasses in the freezer to set faster! You can add any topping you like; such as cacao nibs, berries, shredded coconut, etc.
