Total Body Workout with Ash

Optional: a small Pilates ball: around 15cm in diameter.

A full-body workout which challenges the body with heavier springs. Lots of abdominal work, a standing glute series, hamstrings, triceps, chest and shoulder work. Every muscle will be worked!

  • Blue = Light / half spring
  • Red = Medium / one spring
  • Green = Heavy / one & a half spring
