Join Emily for a creative, full-body Reformer on the Mat workout that brings the best of the reformer straight to your mat—no machine required! In this 45-minute session, you’ll work arms, core, quads, inner thighs, and glutes, making sure no muscle gets left behind. Designed for intermediate to advanced clients, this class will push you in all the best ways.

Using a theraband and a slider (or just a tea towel!), Emily will guide you through exercises similar to feet-in-straps, standing splits, and draw-a-sword. This class will keep both your body and mind switched on as you stabilise props, control your movement, and challenge your coordination. It’s fun, and guaranteed to leave you feeling strong!
