Proving all you need is a pilates ball and two light hand weights, and these exercises become even more challenging on the floor! She fires up the core and the glutes before challenging full-body stability and coordination with a standing series. And don't worry, after that final exercise has left your legs shaking, Emily brings you back down to earth with some much needed stretches to let those endorphins do their thing.
