Join Simone for a gentle prenatal matwork class designed to help you feel strong, supported, and at ease. Using an exercise ball for stability and light hand weights for upper-body work, this session focuses on hip openers, glute activation, lateral stretches, arm exercises, and pelvic floor awareness to build strength while creating space in the body.

With slow, intentional movement and breathwork, this class is as much about relaxation as it is about staying active. Suitable for all levels, it’s especially supportive for those in their second or third trimester looking for a balanced, mindful way to move.

Props: Two 1kg hand weights, exercise ball (chair or couch).
