Uber Eats Best Eats!

I love food! As many of our clients know, I am more than happy to have a chat about food and delicious treats. For instance, a client asked this question the other night; "Chris, what is the healthiest food on Uber Eats?" Normally, ice-cream gets a big shoutout in class, but today healthy food was on the agenda.

Now, depending on the definition you're using, healthy can mean different things. Do you want a large meal? Do you want a rich meal? Most likely you would be looking for a nutrient dense meal. So, I have had a look through Uber Eats options around Camp Hill and found three of my favourites!

Cheeky Poke Bar

Rice, fish/meat/tofu, fresh and fermented veggies, and rice. Combine them all together and you get a wonder of flavours! How can you not enjoy that? Above all, as far as take away food goes, quite nutritious. However, large portion sizes can add extra calories just as easily as a handful of chocolates. Ensure you get a small!

Pawpaw Cafe

Great tasting Thai food is always popular and Pawpaw Cafe do an awesome job! Especially if you're trying to find something reasonably nutritious! Personal favourites include the Tofu Pad See Ew with extra vegetables or the Tofu Vermicelli. Both are delicious and not overly heavy. Again, careful with your portion sizes! Split it into two meals.

Bamiyan Restaurant

Lentils, chickpeas, beans, meat, and gigantic flat bread! Yum!!! If you have never tried Afghani food before, this is a must. Serving sizes are generous and nutritious. Once more, portion sizes are key to keeping things lean. Two mains, rice and flat bread will happily feed 4 people.
