What to Expect in Our Classes
If you're not sure what to expect in our Pilates classes, you've come to the right place! Our group Pilates classes are a lot of fun, providing a great workout that can help improve core strength, posture and tone.
This guide will help you prepare for each of our classes including Reformer and Mat Pilates, Pilates Interval Training (PIT) as well as Yoga, Barre, HIIT and Stretch. Please note our classes are not designed for injury treatment, so if you require clinical Pilates, please consult your Physiotherapist.

First time trying Pilates? To get the most out of your Pilates exercise, you must complete an Intro Class before attending our regular Reformer, Mat, PIT and Mums N Bubs Pilates classes.
In the Intro Class you will learn Pilates fundamentals, perform basic exercises on the Mat and Reformer, while learning how to safely use the Reformer Machine. This class is also great for a Pilates refresher if you have had a long break in between classes! View our Timetable to book the next available Intro Class.
