Ingredients:
2 slices of sourdough bread
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil leaves, chopped
100g cottage cheese
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1.Toast the sourdough slices until golden and slightly crispy.
2.In a small bowl, combine the chopped cherry tomatoes and basil.
3.Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt to the tomato mixture and stirwell.
