In today's #WorldWellbeingWeek blog, we are bringing you thoughts on wellbeing, from our resident yoga instructor, Kim!

Meet PPF Yoga Instructor, Kim

Q: Hi Kim! Tell us about yourself.

A:  I believe life is meant to be enjoyed, not endured.  Life is too short to waste time on things that don’t make you happy!

Q: What does wellbeing mean to you? 

A:  Your daily routine, the foods that you eat, the way you move your body, the people you share your time with. All should bring joy, and this is how I endeavour to live my life.

Q: How do you stay happy?  

A:  Spending time with people I love and spending time doing things I love like Pilates, Yoga, reading, going for long walks.

Q: How do you stay healthy? 

A:  Movement is medicine, so I factor some sort of movement into every day.

Q: What are three things people can do this week to improve their wellbeing?

A:  Spend time outside in the fresh air and sunshine, walk barefoot on the grass, move your body in a way that makes you feel good. And of course, come see me for a yoga class!
